The REPUVA Polypropylene (PP) Melt-Blown Sediment Filter Cartridge is a reliable and cost-effective solution for mechanical filtration in residential, commercial, and industrial water treatment systems. Manufactured through a thermal compression process without the use of chemical binders or additives, it ensures high purity and zero media migration into the filtered fluid.

Advanced Dual Gradient Density Structure

Unlike standard single-layer sediment filters, REPUVA PP cartridges incorporate a dual-stage depth structure that significantly enhances performance:

• 1 Micron Rating: Features a 10-micron outer layer for coarse filtration and a 1-micron inner core for high-precision capture.

• 5 Micron Rating: Features a 20-micron outer layer for primary particulate reduction and a 5-micron inner core for secondary capture.

This gradient density design prevents premature surface clogging, allows deep-bed particle retention, maintains low pressure drops, and optimizes overall fluid throughput.

Note: PP Melt-Blown cartridges are disposable filtration media. To maintain optimal filtration efficiency and water quality, they cannot be washed or reused and must be replaced periodically.
